Return Policy
Returns/Exchages:
We do not offer returns but you can exchange your item(s) for a different size of the same item(s) depending on availability. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
We produce garments in small batches so it is possible that we may not have your requested size. In that event, the sale is final.
All sale items and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Please email us at hello@tylerandhall.com within 5 days of the delivery date to request your exchange. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 5 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. If your package does not meet the conditions outlined above, we do reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
Wrong or Damaged Items:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! If you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty please email us at hello@tylerandhall.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days to help resolve the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
